Refund Policy

Policy

Online purchase of products may be refunded if there is an error on Ceiling Ease's part or if the customer has not used a product and has ordered the wrong product. Products must be returned. To be eligible for a refund the customer must notify CE within 30 days of receipt.

Procedure

When a product is to be returned if it an error on CE's part is noted or if the customer has ordered the wrong product and requests a refund. If the refund is due to the customer's error a restocking charge will be applied.

To receive a refund the customer must provide proof that the product has been shipped back. Upon receiving such documentation, CE will process a refund minus the restocking charge. If CE sent the wrong product, the original amount will be refunded in total.
